The 4th book was ok but I had a hard time really enjoying the central characters. Elora was the worst yet, insulting the werewolf and refusing as usual to show any level of dignity. I liked the werewolf but didn't understand his obsession with the woman he fell in love with at first sight - and the author failed to really tell us why other than he saw her and thought she was beautiful. The 5th book was about Storm - my favorite character from the very beginning. Funny, but the author just won't cut this guy a break. He is like Lot. He loses the girl; then gets a girl only to be taken away from her; his kid grows up while he's gone; his wife sleeps with another guy unknowingly, and even when he is reunited with his wife it isn't romantic and she attacks him. I don't get it but then it's not my story. He is a great guy whom everyone loves but she just piles it on making his life miserable. The 5th book is also redundant and some passages are written verbatim from other books - lazy writing. Perhaps the author is running out of steam with this series. I seem to like the characters the author doesn't. Storm, Deliverance - whom I adore; and Z Team. She makes the latter two nothing but screw ups and I don't get that either. Meanwhile the hero worship of Elora continues despite her being overbearing, egotistical, never "wrong", always saving the day, can do everything better than everyone else man or woman, and we are supposed to believe she is center-fold gorgeous when she has pink hair, weighs 226 pounds and is bigger than any of the men. Go figure. At least she likes dogs and wolves - I can appreciate that about her. If this series continues I hope the author develops Z team and puts far less emphasis on Elora. It would be interesting to explore their stories. I liked these bad boys - attitude, tats, bikes and all.

I downloaded the first bundle of Black Swan Collected Tales, Books 1-3 and the second bundle, Books 4-6. I enjoyed all 6 books and even sent e-mails to my friends to check out these books. Modern day Knights, fiesty women who bring them to their knees, and a terrific storyline. As soon as I finished a book I reached for the next one. I appreciate the fact that the covers of these two bundles indicated which one contained Books 1-3 and Books 4-6 - saved me a lot of opening and closing to figure out which set of books to read first. This is an on-going problem with bundles - books listed in the wrong order.
I love this series. The characters are very well written and I couldn't wait to read the next book to see what would happen next. I think it would be best to read Books 1-3 before reading 4-6. I think you could figure out who people are and enjoy each book if you didn't want to read 1-3 but you would miss some really good stories and character development. While I love 4-6 my favorites are 1-3. There is a book 7 now and it was great. I've read there's going to be a book 8 in January 2015. I can't wait. I'm re-reading from the beginning right now and emotional parts still get to me the second time thru. The author really does a wonderful job!
I love this series!!! It's like I have become friends with these characters. Elora is like your best friend, with a lot of extra to back up the most formidable enemy. I love that the characters are all throughout the whole series, it's fun to follow along their day to day living. And boy do they have some adventures, never a dull moment. Some sexy going on too, I wouldn't mind having me a Ram either, LOL No he's not the only sexy here, there's several, and they adore their ladies, and will do anything for them. Lots of changes went on in this part , some sad, some extordinarlly happy, and it's been fun and exciting to ride along. I was glad to see we will be getting more coming in the Spring. Will be waiting, keep them coming Victoria, your amazing.
Moonlight Our Black Swan Series continues in it's incredible way. Transporting us on an interdimentional adventure. Wereking Stalkson Grey is on a mission to save his pack from dying off, I. the process, he finds love in another dimention where young females live in a cult. This being said, the book is super exciting, can't put down material. Wether you are new to this series or not, you will not be disappointed. Romance, paranormals, interdimentional travel! You be the judge! Thanks Ms. Danann for another great trip.
Gathering Storm Sir Storm is in trouble and the knights have no second thoughts to go and help him leaving Jefferson Unit vulnerable. You can imagine what happens when another group of knights, the z team known for being less than knights are left to guard the unit! Elora is forced to step in along with the knights in training who are very young to save her new home & family. This was a "by the edge of your seat" book, my heart leapt so much! Reading this book is a no brainer.
Two Kingdoms The Fae & Elves kingdoms are at odds and neither will not concede in this feud. Handsome Duff, heir to the fae throne falls for a Black Swan employee, an heiress to the elf throne who happens to be the sister of a Black Swan Knight! do, this tale takes us through their journey along with the Black Swan family. I cheered, cried, yhen cried some more, yet did not put this book down. I would give it 10 stars but we can only give 5!
As I started this series I had a lot of thing going on that was very heavy on my heart, and I just have to say THANK YOU to Victoria for writing this series because it was my way of getting away from it all. I of course fell in love from the very begin but when I started reading books 4-6 it touched my heart in a way no other series ever has. The way Victory writes her stories just makes you feel as thought you are right there with the characters. and you can't help but picture every word in your mind. I don't want to spoil it for other readers so I will not tell you about the books themselves but I will say that if you love paranormal romance then this series is for you. And I promise you will not be disappointed. I myself can not wait to jump right into Victoria's next book and will be waiting on the edge of my set for more to come.
