Wonderful touching story. My child dog, originally belonged to my Father. When she died, I was thirteen and it was the first time I saw my Father cry. I learned love and loss. Then came Gizmo and we got Mikki as her buddy dog. After Gizmo and Mikki went to heaven, we rescued Gimmick from a pet store. He is a wonderful dog. Benny is my Mom-in-Love's dog. She is ninety and loves Benny very much. I read this book for her. And once I saw how great a book it is, I bought one for her. Because soon she will be going to heaven and she needs to learn about heaven and be assured that her little Benny will be there too. I know my dogs love us. But it is Gimmick who I am able to communicate with. He is my assistant dog to help me cope with my illnesses. This book has wonderful lessons for all ages. Best money I have spent in a long time.

I love the idea that our pets are angels sent to teach us about love, responsibility and even loss. Read it, you'll enjoy it
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I do pet sitting among other jobs and I have to laugh when the dogs I walk are sniffing around reading their "Pee-mail".
Sweet captivating book. Hope she does one about Lindsey the dog/cat.
If you are a pet lover this book is for you. You may not have this breed of dog but all dogs share the same love of their owners. We can learn much about love by watching our best friends. Could we be as loving and selfless as they are. We can only try!
This second book brought laughter and some tears. It's as if the author got into the soul of the animals. I became attached to all the characters and was sad when it ended. It's the type of book that you want to just keep reading and reading. I wish they had been a third book.
This book is every bit as good as the first one in the series. It has an inspirational message as well and the story is just as cute as it can be. I love this series and hope she writes more of them about the Pink Toe Angel!
I anxiously awaited getting my copy of this book after reading the first in the series. It is a great, heartwarming book that kept my interest and after I started reading it, I couldn't put it down until the end. Anyone with a Pekingese or a dog or anyone who is an animal lover will love this book and want to continue on with the series. I can't wait for the next 2 in the series!!!
